职位描述
Responsibilities
1.Participates in the evaluation
and ensure consideration of customer risks related to the fields of raw
materials, blends and elastomers, textile and metal, and adapts the quality
plan to their implementation.
2.Participates in the study and
adaptation of local dossiers defining raw materials.
3.Qualifies the evolutions of raw
materials, mixtures, fabrics, elastomers, textiles, metal, processes and
methods for their area.
4.Validates the area quality
plan.
5.Conducts audits,diagnostics
to calibrate the controllers and to improve the detection of non-conforming
situations.
6. Implements assurance methods,
evaluates the leakage rate and ensures enforcement action.
7. Contributes to the Risk
Analysis Monitoring.
8. Implements procedures for
handling non-conformities (raw materials,mixtures,fabric,elastomer,metal,process and system).
Ensures the effectiveness of corrective actions.
9. Ensures qualification of
personnel who have an impact on the quality of materials.
10.Timely training on the
guarantee of materials for personnel who have an impact on the quality
11.Manages and coaches the team of
C3P personnel.
