4、可独立撰写射频研发方案，完成指标分析和分配；
5、独立且成功开发过频综和上下变频通道；
6、熟悉射频系统，特别是雷达，无线电通信系统；
7、能熟练使用各种射频测试仪器；
8、具有良好的文档撰写习惯；卓越的思路和解决问题的技能；
9、具有积极向上、自我驱动的精神；
10、具有优秀的团队合作意识；
11、具有高度的工作责任心和艰苦奋斗的工作态度；
12、具有良好的沟通和协调能力；
