Content of the job:
The IT Business Partner (ITBP) serves as the primary business contact regarding IT for the Market Group and is responsible for proper demand handling and adequate IT service delivery and satisfaction.
The IT Business Partner (ITBP) is the bridging instance between Market Group and IT function ensuring that:
1. Business objectives are supported and enabled by IT (Projects and Programs)
2. IT works according to the expectations (Operational Excellence)
Focus of the IT Business Partner is on value creation, customer satisfaction and cost.

The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
1. Act as One IT Ambassador by regular communication to Key Business Stake Holders and Site IT Business Partners
2. Drive Business Engagement and Relation management by being focal point of contact to / from key stakeholders (individual business MT & below) and Site ITBPs
3. Add value to the business by staying tuned on individual top priorities & team up to support / add value to the business management agenda
4. Take in, filter and ensure answers to New IT Demand from the Business
5. Drive Business readiness and support deployment projects in conjunction with Site ITBPs by managing the risk on the business operations and ensuring proper acceptance testing
6. Ensure right size of IT for the business by analyzing the demand and advise individual business on optimal usage of and training on available IT solutions
7. Ensure Customer Satisfaction covering all IT Services by tracking IT services to be delivered to SLA targets & evolve SLAs to business experience (end2end) and driving IT NPS improvements.
8. Support Business Escalation Management by picking up requests and escalations related to IT, where standing processes did not work out and also informting the business about new processes and guidelines.

Required experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with business and/or information technology focus; highly desirable to have M.B.A. degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years working experience in Business / IT out of which at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing large business accounts
- Management of multiple stakeholders inside a large client
- Communication with stakeholders and internal teams
- Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabled by IT
- Business operational experience (sales, marketing, supply, finance)

As advantage is considered experience with
- Management of virtual teams
- Experience in large international company
