Position Purpose
Geography covers 10 countries, over 40 sites with over 100k employees. Manage benefits programs across Asia region and provide professional insights to external market movement trend to support the regional total rewards strategy; Develop Asia benefits strategy and drive the regional benefits programs with consistent methodology to support the ONE FLEX strategy.

This regional position can be placed in Shenzhen, HongKong or Shanghai, denpending on the potential candidates and negotiable.

Principal Accountabilities
Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Benefits Strategy
Work closely with Corporate benefits team, regional HR leaders and business leaders to define an effective benefits strategy to support the HR transformation and business strategy;
Develop a regional strategy which will best fit the company cost model and bring unique values to employees

2) Benefits Program
Partner with HRGBS team to manage existing county benefits programs to keep improving the efficiency and service quality;
Conduct a comprehensive review on existing county / site benefits programs to have a clear inventory mapping of current benefits coverage and cost model
Develop regional benefits programs and drive alignment initiatives to bring both consistent employee experiences on benefits and unique values to FLEX branding & employee satisfaction

3) Project Management
As a project manager, manage all benefits related projects on:
Program design, implementation, employee communication, customer satisfaction and continuously improvement;
Vendor review, KPI tracking and performance management;
Key stakeholders including corporate benefits team, regional / site HR leaders, HRGBS, regional Total Rewards, business leaders, purchasing department and external vendors etc.

Job Requirements *
1) 6 years above total rewards experience in both consulting firms and multi-national companies
2) Strong leadership to work as project leader to drive change and achieve multi-projects under pressure;
3) Good communication skills, strong selling & marketing skills, with solid influencing capability
4) Passion to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges and results oriented
5) Familiar on Asia benefits market and practice
6) Fluent English
7) Good at office software, especially on Excel
