Job Description:
1) Be responsible of full social insurance & housing fund transactions of one region which may cover more than one site; details include:
- Routine online transactions at official social insurance/housing fund website;
- Frequent business trip to other sites of the same city as well as government offices visiting
for different procedures relating to social insurance & housing fund;
- Work injury case follow up for the parts that relating to social insurance;
2) Be in charge of monthly IIT declaration for responsible sites, including IIT data preparation for employees’ annual income declaration;
3) Other tasks required by manager;

Job Requirement:
1) At least 1 years’ experience on social insurance & housing fund business in a manufactory enterprise;
2) Good data processing skill, professional at Excel, Word…etc office software;
3) Be insured to hardships, adaptable to quite often business trip within a city/region;
4) Clearheaded and well organized, be able to prioritize high volume tasks;
5) Strong customer service awareness with an ability to deal with difficult incidents and swiftly resolve employee issues;
6) Good at reading & written English;
7) Associate degree or above;
