工作职责：

1、 负责监察员工每月工资及奖金计算

2、 分管及审核各薪资福利模块事宜

3、 定期的收集市场薪酬福利信息和数据，为公司的薪酬福利政策制定和调整提供客观的数据和信息基础。

4、 负责年度、月度人工成本的统计、分析，定期提供分析报告

5、 其他薪资福利相关事宜

任职要求:

1、 大学以上学历，5年以上薪酬方面工作经验，服装零售行业经验优先考虑。

2、 熟悉劳动法及相关规定，熟悉社会保险、公积金缴纳流程及具体操作

3、 熟练使用Excel等办公工具，擅长编制各类报表
