职位描述
Responsibility：
- Handle centralized site Leave and Attendance support (email notification, policy update, trouble-shooting, etc). (50%)
- Handle part of the on site Leave and Attendance support (month end closing, communicate directly to site employees on attendance issue, etc). (15%)
- Handle Leave and Attendance system helpdesk support (answer question from employees, password reset, etc.). (15%)
- Co work with IT for system issue and/or support enhancement. (20%)
- Job might be adjusted according to business needs.
Requirements：
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 year+ HR experience (experience on Leave and Attendance management will be a plus).
- Ability to co work with site HR team.
- Good English skill (Very good at writing and reading English email, average level at speaking and listening).
