· Be responsible for accurate book-keeping for operation system and UFIDA accounting systems, make sure its completeness before the deadline with high quality;

· Cash flow management;

· Responsible for inter-company transactions with MBS group company;

· Responsible for AR and AP reports, work with operation to reduce AR outstanding;

· Be responsible for tax issues, keep good relationship with tax officials;

· Prepare kinds of PRC/statistics reports as requested by local authorities;

· Be UFIDA(YongYou) accouting system super user;

· Other tasks as assigned.

Competences:

· More than 3 years working experience, at least 2 years hands-on book-keeping experience;

· Marine & logistics industry experience is advantage;

· Good communication skill;

· Familiar with the government rules and regulations;

· Result-oriented and strong sense of deadline;

· 熟悉物流软件和用友U8.90系统优先；

· 熟悉财务全套流程和纳税申报优先；

· 熟悉相关的行政、人事工作的优先；
