Job Scope:

- Follow up with sales leads to direct and contribute to the concept, development, and design of product or processes while strengthening your analytical skills and mastery of engineering
concepts;
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, mentor and coach engineering team
- Strict cost reduction of existing designs through design adaptations and usage of lower cost materials
- Analyze alternative designs and recommend lower cost solution based on understanding of function
- Design and promote new components and sub processes;
- Perform needs analysis and initiate ideas;
- Communicate results to internally

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering, Mechanical Designing
- Relevant work experience required – 8-10 years with Bachelor Degree or 6-8 years with Master Degree
- Strong analytical skills; excellent communication skills. Verbal and written English abilities.
- Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks.
