职位描述
This role will take responsibility in the full Account Management including Build, Operate, Transform and Optimize for existing major clients in China, offering Manpower client satisfactory and more business opportunities.
? Operation
? 1. Communicate with operation members or service lines to ensure delivery of high quality service to clients on which involved in leading client’s conversation, implementation and project management initiatives and activities. 2. Responsible for ensuring client’s AR, billing process follow up 3. Involve in operation onsite role and lead onsite job direction if necessary.
? Client Management
? 1. Conduct service review with clients on Manpower service performance 2. Develop and execute improvement plan and action align with service review outcomes 3. Maintain strong client relationship, form long term partnership with clients through account management process and methods
? Business Development
? 1. Achieve sales budgets and goals and developing new revenue opportunities and expand service offerings to assigned clients 3. Provide consultation to clients for innovative workforce solution
任职资格:
? 1. Previous work experience in Consulting, Service or related industry preferred
? 2. Project Management experience preferred
? 3. Dynamic, highly self-motivated ,excellent communication skills
? 4. Posses strong business acumen
? 5. Posses strong analytical, coordination and planning skill
? 6. Good problem solving ability, negotiation and conflict management skills
? 7. Bachelor degree or above
? 8. Minimum 3-5 years experience in solution sales, key account management and/ or business development
? 9. Fluent in both written and verbal English/Mandarin
