职位描述
Position: Automation-Business development manager
Responsibility:
Establish Strategic relationship between Company the related big OEM in the market.
Be responsible for developing new business and sales opportunities and cooperate with the Regional sales to accomplish the sale revenue.
Roles require development and implementation of territory selling strategies to secure sales growth consistent with company business and annual plan.
Key account and channel management
Set up the distributor channel in Automation market to achieve the target customer.
Establish and enhance Key account to reach the yearly target
Key account analysis and business plan, including their business development, organization, and bidding.
Ensure Company organization is aware of the status of global customer and efficient actions should be carrying out to keep the business in the pipeline.
Coordinate sales and marketing activities Domestic and international
Automation market survey and assessment
Represent Company at exhibitions, seminar and association to promote Company products and total solutions
Obtain relevant information on political aspect that determined business environment by monitoring Chinese developments, legislation and regulation; analyze impact of government regulation and policies towards Company business.
Ensure to cooperate with other business units internal Company china and external china.
Be active in business associations and conferences, target to become a speaker in some.
Requirements:
University degree in Engineering, cabling system or similar subjects
Proven track of sales and business development achievement
Preferable the candidate has background in Automation industry
Fluent English
Good understanding of Distribution Network Management.
Good knowledge of international business conduct
Good understanding and knowledge of china business.
