职位描述

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majored in HR or equivalent discipline.
2. Around 5 to 7 years progressive HR working experience, preferably in a HR generalist /BP role with overall HR module experience in a multi-national manufacturing plant environment, with particular emphasis on training & development, organization development, employee relationship, compensation & analysis.
3. Has certain experience of organizational change management, experience with various HR projects.
4. Possess experience with skill matrix/competency development for shop floor operators/technicians.
4. Be familiar with labor law and local regulation.
5. Good command of English (read, write and speak)
6. Strong initiative and independency, strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
7. Strong sense of accountability, result-driven and continual improvement.


Job Description :

1. Actively work with each business function to provide the necessary HR support.
2. Lead/Participate in the corporate and local HR projects and provide related support, such as reward & recognition, talent retention project etc.
3. Act as an internal guidance on change management for organization change, provide training, consultancy, coordination etc. from HR perspective.
4. Work closely with HR manager on talent review, organizational development, employee development & leadership development program.
5. Build & lead the whole learning & development system, supervise the implementation of learning & development programs and constantly monitor the implementation effectiveness and come up with improvement action. Be mainly lead the shop floor operator/technician skill matrix development program etc.
6. Compensation & benefits data analysis, survey participation, generate regular analysis reports, monitor the pay trend and come up with the necessary proposal and solutions.
7. Build positive employee relation, lead annual employee insight survey program, survey result analysis and work with each function to generate plant level/department level the action plan with survey analysis and continue the effort s in improve employee engagement.
8. Involved in HR policy, procedure and policy regular review, coach the business functions, drive the continual improvement.
9. Perform other tasks as required by HR Manager.
