职位描述
? Locate and deliver new OEM business as well as maintain existing customers.
? Locate and establish where necessary agents to assist within target market sectors
? Provide technical support and product training to the customers.
? Provide on-site applications engineering support
? Ensure the correct level of service is achieved for selected OEM and distributor accounts
? To ensure order in-take and sales activity is in-line with planned targets
? Accurately forecast customer/market trends for forward planning
? Feedback to all departments customer needs and to monitor team in dealing with customer actions to a satisfactory conclusion
? Provide clear customer objectives to the team to build a high level of customer focus throughout the business
? Commercial negotiations at the highest level within the customer base
? Prepare quotations in accordance with the company pricing policy
? Potential to manage customer related projects through the business from initial concept to trial production
Education/Major:
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering.
Experiences:
? At least 8 years working experience, especially in engineering sales environment.
? Work experience heavy duty industry is highly desirable (e.g. diesel engines, construction, agricultural, mining, marine, or related).
Certificates:
Knowledge & Skills:
? Excellent presentation skills
? Strong commercial negotiation skills
? Understanding of filtration and lubricating oil
? Q9000 / TS16949
? Able to communicate at all levels within an organization
? Ability to work under pressure
Foreign language:
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Computer ability:
Good at MS Office software
Personal Quality:
? Smart and professional approach
? Positive attitude
? Clear and articulate
? Willing to travel.
