工作职责(Responsibilities):
1.审核所有付款申请文件和发票的真伪符合会计准则。
Review all payment application documents and invoice of authenticity conform to accounting standards.
2.填写支票和申请签字，转账支付，提取现金，支付工资。
Write check and apply for signing, transfer for payment, withdraw cash, pay salary.
3.登记银行日报和编制月度银行余额调节表报告。
Register daily record of bank and prepare monthly bank reconciliation report.
4.审查和收集所有部门每月费用。
Review and Collect all dept monthly expense.
5.录总账，做会计分录。
Input general ledger every monthly
6.报告资金状况并协助经理做资金预算。
Report capital position in time and assist manager doing funding budget.
7.通过外汇监测系统进行外汇收入申报及资金货物指标控制。
Foreign exchange income declaration and regulate capital with goods index by “Monitoring system for exchange income and expenses”
8.跟踪付款凭证,确保会计凭证的完整性。
Tracking payment voucher, ensure the integrity of the accounting voucher.
9.收集、检查和完善供应商账户信息。
Collect, check and perfect supplier account information.
10.文件的更改和其他与银行相关的事务。
Documents changes and other affairs related with the bank.


任职资格(Qualification) :
教育背景(Educational background):
◆大专,主修会计或相关专业
Minimum of a college’s degree in accounting or related field.
培训经历(Training experience):
◆N/A
工作经验(Work experience):
◆至少1 - 2年出纳工作经验
Minimum of 1-2 years cashier working experience
技能技巧(Skills):
◆会计从业资格证书
Certificate of accounting professional
