职位描述
Manage and execute all HR-related tasks
Work closely with plant management in formulating and developing strategic HR policies and procedures for respective operations.
Implement policies and initiatives under the guideline of the group and compliance with local labor law.
Design, evaluate, analyze and modify C&B strategy, policies and system.
Perform headcount planning to ensure effective and timely talent acquisition, retention and deployment.
Establish the training system, formulate and complete the training plan, follow the training evaluation.
Liaise with local government for all stuff related matters.
Responsibility for all plant administration e.g. security guards, cleaning, meals, company car, stationary purchasing, hotel/ticket booking, meeting room arrangement, visitor receiving, visa issue etc.
Good management ability and understand well the common HR market trends providers on HR Management & tools
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills

5 years or above HR& Admin experience in MNC plant/ factory, at least 1-2 years in managerial level
