1. In charge of assigned accounts.
2. Document preparation.
3. Document management: generate & release in time.
4. Create ocean freight manifest.
5. Document collection.
6. Document filing.
7. Payment process for office expense & personal claim.
8. Tax invoice registration.
9. Follow other cases from superior if any.

Requirements:

Education Level: College +, Logistics/Trade/English relative major
Language: Good command of spoken and written English
Minimum Experience: 1 Years +
Field of Experience: Experiences in freight forwarding for Air/Sea/Logistics operation.
Computer Skills: Good ability of computer literacy and office software
Others: International mindset
Self Managed & Result Driven
Good communication and organization skills
Willing to work under pressure
