职位描述:

1. 28～45岁，微波、仪器测控、通信、电子工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 具备移动通信、高频电路、微波电磁场的专业知识，有较强的分析能力和动手能力；
3. 本科生3年以上、硕士生2年以上相关工作经验；
4. 有电子领域研发，及微电子、射频、微波专业背景者，熟悉有源微波器件或射频测试仪器，如频谱仪，信号源，网络分析仪者优先考虑；
5. 良好的独立工作能力、人际沟通技能，富有责任心和团队合作精神；
6. 能适应出差，工作积极主动，认真踏实。

岗位描述：

1. 负责整个产品线的市场策划、调研，包括产品实现功能、产品性能指标、竞争对手资料分析、用户需求收集、制定价格策略等；
2. 负责制定产品的发展方向，不断改进和完善自研产品；参与项目研发需求方案的讨论；
3. 负责产品的售前、售后、培训等高级客户技术支持服务；
4. 负责产品的通用硬件的维护、选型和定做。
