Responsibilities:
1.Check the reimbursement documents for all staffs according to authorization and policy.
2.Based on correct supporting document which is compliant with policy, create check and T/T request.
3.Cash reconciliation with GL and with Bank statement at the end of each month
4. Monitor the cash advance account and collect the due amount.
5. VAT invoice issue according to the sales register and make sure the invoice are reconciled with SAP.
6. Any other tasks that may assigned at any time.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above on accounting or finance
2.above 2 years experience on Accounting
3.Good English in verbal and writing
4.Good computer skills especially in excel
5.Be familiar with Accounting Policy
6.Be familiar with SAP 7.Accounting Certification
