Lead Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Loudspeaker Lead Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing specific product ranges of high quality loudspeakers from concept through to production for some of the worlds leading high end brands.

He or she should posses the following core competencies:Design and specification of high quality finishing wood, plastic and metal enclosureProblem solving and product trouble shootingGood inter-disciplinary team work approach Project related task management of supporting PJM project managementInterface between company and customersFluent in English / Mandarin

The loudspeaker managing engineer will exhibit good working knowledge of precision and high quality wood, plastic and metal cabinet design. They will also have significant working experience with design review and problem solving for new development loudspeaker products until 1st MP production.


Required Experience and skills:5 years or more of mechanical loudspeaker development experienceDegree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or extensive high level experienceSkills in SolidWorks 2011 / 2012 and 2D draft setting part tolerance skillsElectrical wiring management skillsCost effective product packing skillsCost effective part design skillsSkill in product quotation BOM Excellent communication skills Fluency in English and MandarinExcellent teamwork in a dynamic project environmentGood communicate with supplier for solving problemAble outstation stays at supplier site during urgent situation for solving problemAble to have skill and use plastic mold flow analysis software
