Responsibilities:

The Embedded SW Engineer is responsible for developing SW (Applications and Firmware) for audio systems which will be integrated into our high quality loudspeakers systems.

A successful candidate must be able to understand SW architecture design and implementation. You should have good working knowledge of common serial buses, C and C++ programming, and micro controllers. You must be willing to learn new programming languages and work management methodologies. You must have good debugging skills and be able to interact with HW engineers to solve problems.

You know how to test your code and are familiar with terms like "Unit testing" and "Regression Testing". You must be familiar with at least one version control system.

Qualification and Required Skills:
-BS or MS EE
-5 or more years of experience developing embedded systems for related products.
-Experience in the design and development of embedded systems for consumer products and a good grasp of C or C++.
-Experience programming microcontrollers, particularly pic24 or pic32.
-Experience with Bluetooth or HDMI is a must.
-Experience with CSR chipsets is an asset.
-Must be able to communicate complex ideas and discuss them with your colleagues.
-Must be able to review other people's code in a constructive way.
-Knowledge of digital and analog audio electronics is preferred.
-Knowledge of DSP,digital/analog filters, CODEC's and amplifiers is desirable but not a must.
-Experience working with audio products, including Bluetooth, Digital Amplifiers, CODEC's, OLED/LCD/LED displays.
-Understanding of audio measurements and experience with measurement equipment (Audio Precision) is an asset.
-Excellent communication with customers and colleges.
-Must be Fluent in English.
-Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment.
-ABILITY TO RELOCATE TO CHINA is REQUIRED.
