He or she should posses the following core competencies:
? Design and specification of loudspeakers systems
? Problem solving and product trouble shooting
? Help to manage the development of loudspeaker systems with inter-disciplinary team work approach
? Project related task management of supporting engineers
? Preference to interface between Tymphany and customers
? Preference for a fluency in English
A central objective is to achieve long term customer loyalty through exceptional product development and to ensure a long-term business relationship by being efficient, technically competent, and responsive.

Desired Experience and Skills:
? Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Acoustics or equivalent experience
? Excellent communication skills
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
? Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment
