职位描述

工作描述:
- Provides escalation support to helpdesks and may provide support to end users directly as requested.
- Provides executive/VIP support in business or non-business hours as per request.
- Provides 24X7 on call support for infrastructure related issues.
- Provides weekly and monthly report to IT Manager.
- Follows Microsoft IT standards and procedures and ensures predefined support metrics including configuration compliance %, SLA, client satisfaction can be met.
- Assist IT Manager to maintain the IT equipments and facilities including routers, switches, telecommunication devices, servers, PBX, security system, FM200, UPS and CRAC in the site data center.
- Escalates issues to corporate tier-2/3 support team as necessary.
- Analyzes and voices local business needs to corporate IT team.
- Works closely with the business, regional PM, corporate functional teams and IT vendors to implement all infrastructure related projects at the site.
- May take on regional initiatives or projects.
- Performs Employee Productivity Education training to educate end users on IT services and applications.
- Assists IT Manager on delivering IT showcases to external Microsoft customers in GCR region.
- Assists IT Manager on annual IT budget and quarterly IT business review.
- Assists IT Manager on driving IT processes and policies within the team.


职位要求:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related technical training or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT system engineer/project manager/operation analyst field.
- Prefer CCNA and Microsoft related certification in recent years.
- Prefer English certification such as TOEIC, TOEFL, ELTS in recent years.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to work flexible hours required.
- Excellent soft skill such as communication, expectation management, conflict management, presentation and cross-group collaboration is a must.
- Customer oriented and creative thinking.
- Passionate, positive, self-driven, self-critical and smart.
- Quick learner and team player.
- Love to perform “hands-on” tasks.
- Good command of Windows server 2008/2012 based configuration and administration.
- Good command of WAN/LAN technology.
- Knowledge of telephony system management preferred.
- Knowledge of web and database development skills would be an advantage.
