Responsibilities :
- Own candidate generation for your aligned business unit(s).
- Partner with staffing consultants and hiring managers to meet the needs of the business.
- Attract and Screen qualified candidates for priority positions.
- Engaging key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of this unique client as well as attain internal expertise of the profile and map to external marketplace.
- Develop, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces-- including driving a business plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing.
- Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities.
- Employ consulting and influencing skills in order to provide staffing expertise and recommendations.
Qualifications Include:
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience: 3 years of related Recruiting experience.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management internally.
- Effective strategic thinking, executive search skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.
- Passion for and significant experience with identifying, screening, interviewing and qualifying technical candidates such as Support Engineer, Software Development Engineer.
- Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as, annual hiring plan, diversity goals, client satisfaction, and cost/time to hire standards.
