Job Description:
- CRM system support and case management
- Lead GCR implementation of CRM project, act as system and tool support for GCR
- Deliver training to local users
- HR announcement drafting and publishing
- Data and tool expert for HR to support normal operations
- Guarantee data accuracy in HR data system
- Managing CRM cases and assign case to correct team to ensure case resolve time meet global SLAs
- Conduct user tests and ensure that quality and security controls are in place before the project's rollout
- Responsible for providing users with CRM trainings and other educational materials, to help smooth their transition following implementation
- Provide insightful analysis based on data maintained in CRM system to improve HR operation service
- Create HR monthly template/standard report and deliver reports to respective stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc/analysis report for daily operations or during special events, such as budgeting, People Review, Mid Year Review, etc
- Update Company Org-chart, Responsible for HR Cost Center owners updating in HeadTrax system regularly.
- Manage company email groups and update group members monthly
- Provide employee income certification and support staffing team to get reference check information from HeadTrax system
- Audit and correct data in HRIS system
Job Requirement:
- 2+ years HR transaction and/or administrative experience. BA/BS degree in related field is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints. Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner.
- The ability to work independently to achieve results. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Excellent English with both oral and writing
