职位描述
Job description:
- Conduct F2F interview according to internal requirements and dilivery the interview result timely to the recruitment team.
- Help with internal process application and prepare for the application materials
Administration Management
- Arrange new comers on-board and help get new comer’s work ID and other facilities
- Conduct new comers orientation and relevant training
- Organize probation written probation test for new comers and make one-one performance review
- Assign a mentor to guide new comers daily work and arrange clients for them to support
- Do some adjustment between clients and assistants and help reslove some existing or potential problem caused by adjustment
- Make time to catch up with assistants and clients to know about assistants working status and to know about clients feedback about assistants’ performance
- Flexibly deal with some tough situations and closely keep in touch with global management team
HR Related
- Follow up assistants application on residence permit, work certificate and salary certificate
- Patiently deal with assistants HR related queries
- Make all kinds of reports in the end of every month, and help issue the invoice accordingly
- Update all kinds reports
Job requirement:
- Fluent oral English with bachelor degree;
- At least one year HR or Admin experience; Must be responsible and detail oriented;
- Good work attitude and good at communication, should be strong enough to fight back unreasonable request from clients and assistants;
- Should have the ability to bear pressure and have the extra energy on working overtime if needed;
- Good at listening and trying to find solutions for coming issues.
