Job Description:
- Processing and controls of accounts payable transactions
- Responsible for credit and accounts receivable, refund and accounting adjustments as appropriate
- Tax planning and handling
- Fixed assets physical counting, FA booking, disposal, depreciation
- Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with established guidelines
- General ledger and monthly closing
- Provide accurate status reports to organization management
- Responsible for monthly variance analysis & forecast and annual budget
- SG&A budget control
- Oversee cash flow / treasure and cash management
- Internal control & statutory compliance
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with basic accounting/finance education is required.
- Minimum of five years of work experience in accounting or finance related filed.
- Working experience with related industry such as cruise, airlines or service is prefered
- Must be proficient in English and Mandarin, written and oral.
- Good knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point are essential.
- Knowledge of JDEdwards advantageous.
- Knowledge of Chinese accounting or tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communicator, analytical skills, sensitivity to cultural differences
