Job Description:
- Cost controlling for IT monthly expense of each Hella entities in Asia Pacific
- Meeting, calendar and travelling arrangement for IT director APAC
- Take care travelling reimbursement for IT director APAC
- Take care rental contracting for foreign employee in IT dept
- Applying for IT related payment (ISP link, expense of Blackberry, wireless card,desk phone...), and separate the expense into each cost center according to different charge concept
- Applying for daily payment related to IT dept
- Stationery order
- Department car arrangement
- Shift arrangement for Global IM support
- USB account management
- Other tasks related to this position
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of English
- 1-2 years related experience;
- Good at MS office, especially excel
