Job Description:
Product implementation and promotion:
- Assist Marketing Manager in driving and managing localized, market-driven, consumer-focused product development region-wide and at the country level.
- To liaise with Global Product Development/ Operation, Service & Provider / Underwriting/ Actuary/ Sales/ Client management team to implement product launch.
- Create marketing materials including product brochure, sales tool, talking points etc.
- Plan and execute promotion activities to improve product awareness and generate sales.
Member material creation and maintaining:
- Create and design member material for new products.
- Amend existing member material s for tailor-made plans.
- Working with cross-functional teams to finalize and sign off member material s.
New market/segment expansion and growth:
- Working with sales team to support and promote bancassurance channel.
- Assist Marketing Manager in driving local segment expansion efforts while maintaining consistency and leveraging the resources from the global Segment Expansion team.
- Support the Global market expansion team in research of potential new entry markets in Asia.
Market research includes general and competitor intelligence:
- Produce market intelligence e-publication regularly, offering market trends / industry / competitors information to management level.
- Support assessments and prioritization of new markets/products, existing markets/ products, and emerging markets within the Asia Pacific region.
- Support the design and conduct of qualitative and quantitative market research studies in support of the regions marketing programs.
Job Requirement:
Experience Required:
- The successful candidate should have established a proven track record of success within the life or health insurance companies.
- Culturally, the individual must be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor degree and above
- 3+ years experience in insurance industry, working in marketing department is a plus
- Good working knowledge of the organization's products and the overall industry
Skills :
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems and exercise sound business judgment
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements;
- Demonstrated solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook. PowerPoint etc.
- English and Mandarin fluency – spoken, written, reading
- Responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and energetic;
- High degree of work ethics and integrity.
