Job description:
- Maintain an accurate membership database, entering and regularly updating client eligibility information.
- Make appropriate decisions on area of cover for each enrolment based on the current group set up, member location / nationality and current trade sanctions.
- Strive for 1 Contact Resolution through taking ownership of the contact from start to finish.
- Liaise and coordinate with billing administrators / sales support / account managers or client on the inception or renewal of business
- Communicate directly with clients / billing administration / account managers / sales support as necessary to ensure the accuracy of information received and recorded.
- Respond direct to client regarding queries regulating to eligibility or membership literature as necessary.
- Issue membership literature and communications to clients and members via Email and letter.
- Provide detailed membership eligibility reports as and when required.
- Maintain accurate files for each client in respect of related products, coverage and contacts.
- Ensure the accurate and timely production of membership ID cards and literature, dispatching as per the specific agreement set up with each client & their policy benefits.
- Maintain and control the stock levels of all literature. Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure literature stock is reordered and organized efficiently when received, allowing a quick turnaround in the dispatch of membership literature.
- Identify potential improvements and make recommendations to Team Leader.
- To carry out other ad hoc tasks as required to meet business needs
Job requirements:
- University education required
- 2 – 3 years experience in new business function, policy administration, or customer service focused organisation
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Preferable insurance background
- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external client
- PC literate; Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook. Powerpoint is desirable but not required
