职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Managing the cost reduction activities in China for all kitchen category
? Develop new cost reduction initiatives in kitchen category
? Standardize the reporting and tracking format across all product categories
? Track the implementation of each cost reduction activity with the merchandising team and report out the actual versus overall plan for each category on a monthly basis
List minimum work experience
? Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a lead Project Engineering roll of complex integrated assemblies and or engineering systems.
Functional Skills/Knowledge
? Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good sound interpersonal skills.
? Demonstrated experience as a leader in cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
Education/Certifications/Affiliations
? Must have a minimum of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related science
