Job Description：

1. In charge of full-function HR work of Shenzhen Branch, including but not limit on staff recruitment, learning & development, employee communication and employee activities.
2. Implement yearly training plan and achieve training goal for Shenzhen Branch efficiently. Work closely with branch employees to find out their training needs and arrange training courses throughout the whole city.
3. Implement Experience Hiring to meet branch hiring needs and support rapid business growth.
4. Implement and control the whole process of ongoing hiring, including but not limit on resume screening, candidates interview and offer proposal, etc.
5. Engaged in staff communication and assist headquarter to promote and implement HR strategies, functional plan, goals and programs in alignment with divisional and corporate HR strategies that are based on and directly linked to the overall mission, vision and values of the company
6. Initiate special programs for Shenzhen Branch to create a better working environment.
7. Learn more knowledge regarding market facing business, department strategy and business products/ systems to work closely with departments and functions.
8. Proactively involved in HR projects such as Annual Salary Increment, Annual Objective Building, Annual Promotion, Employee Opinion Survey, etc.
   

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and over 3 years HR experience necessary at multi-national company.
2. Must have hands-on experience in China, full HR spectrum preferred.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) and HRIS!
4. Fluent oral English and written English.
5. Familiar with China Labor laws and legislations.
6. Excellent communication, coordination and people relationship skills.
7. Team player, professional and detailed by nature.
