Description Our company is seeking experienced candidates for key project management roles within our FICC Middle office CTB team based in APAC. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated individuals with strong Project Management / Change Analyst experience within the Financial Services industry and will join a team that is responsible for providing business support across the APAC Investment Banking businesses. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a broad range of analytical and project management skills and must be able to successfully interact internally across the bank at various levels as well as externally with vendors. (Core stakeholders are the Regional Middle office teams)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Engage with key stakeholders within the bank to gain an understanding of the change drivers impacting the business and seek to proactively recommend suitable value-add solutions.

· Perform a broad range of analysis and develop detailed requirements and business case documentation – including detailed cost benefit analysis.

· Assume overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of projects.

· Manage project reporting and communications with all relevant stakeholders.

· Coordinate with functional teams across the Business, Operations, IT and BUC locally and globally.

· Manage relationships between ISoftstone and client.

· Participate in ad hoc project requests from senior management.

Requirements Must be able to demonstrate relevant industry experience, including:

· A minimum of 4 years related projects experience – Ideally within the financial services industry, preferably within an Investment Banking environment.

· A level of familiarity with the FICC businesses, including recent marketplace trends and developments.

· Broad knowledge of global and local market practices and regulatory requirements.

Must be able to demonstrate relevant project experience, including:

· Solid knowledge of project tools and methodologies.

· Ability to balance and prioritize several competing projects.

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to, and collect requirements from, subject matter experts covering complex financial reporting topics.

· Experience in developing feasibility studies and detailed business case documents.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills.

· Adept at using the Microsoft Office software toolset.
