1. 销售和客户服务

-完成店铺每月销售指标

-确保店铺日常运营和服务符合公司要求

-努力满足客户的需求，建立和维护与客户之间的关系

2. 销售计划和商业管理

-激励店铺人员实现并超额完成专卖店的销售目标

-根据定期的客流量分析，规划、实施和改编员工排班表以适应销售变化

-管理各项库存

3. 员工管理和发展

-帮助员工实现专卖店销售目标

-建立团队 （建立同事互助互爱的精神及互相激励的气氛，加强内部沟通）

4. 专卖店的视觉营销和维护

-确保货品、整个卖场和仓库整洁

-确保无论何时都要有高质量的视觉营销方式

-确保及时和高质量地管理窗口展示活动的实施

5. 专卖店的行政管理

-监督文件归档，-负责报表交期及精确度

-按照公司的指导方针管理现金处理和控制、银行存入和销售对账流程

-店铺安全管理

工作要求：

-28-38岁，大专以上学历，容貌端庄

-5年以上国际品牌（fashion / accessories / fashion jewelry / cosmetics field preferred） 专卖店区域工作经验（其中3年以上管理工作经验）

-熟悉店铺货品管理，有丰富销售技巧，具备人员管理能力

-能够操作Ms Office，基本英文对话
