工作职责：

- 管理日常店铺运营、人员、行政和安全

- 根据公司形象，维护相应店铺陈列及展示

- 确保所有的运营过程符合公司规范，包括销售、折扣、调货和货品调整以及人力资源等

- 定期查看和分析销售表现，维护准确的存货水平，为制定相应策略及时反馈并提供季节性货品趋势

- 开发和维护与客户的良好关系

- 维持店铺内的整洁性到条理性

- 培训和发展人员，加强和提高店铺销售和客服的每步环节，最大程度提高客户满意度

工作要求:

- 高中以上学历

- 5年以上良好的零售运营管理经验，有零售高端时尚品牌背景的优先

- 优秀的分析能力，自我激励能力，领导能力以及人员管理能力

- 有活力，决策力并且服务导向

- 普通话听说读写优秀，懂英语者优先

- 会电脑操作
