工作职责：

－协助店铺经理完成日常管理工作，包括货品、员工、服务质量和销售指标等

－负责发展和维护客户关系，提供优质的客户服务

－负责销售团队管理

－负责店铺经理交代的其他事务

工作要求：

－具有高中以上学历

－4年以上零售工作经验，其中1～2年为高端品牌店铺或奢侈品零售店铺主管级职位

－对奢侈品零售充满激情

－有高度的责任心与工作积极性

- 具有良好的销售主动性和出众的服务热诚

－有出色的团队组织和协调能力，成熟稳重

－普通话标准，能够使用英文交流者优先考虑
