职位描述

工作职责:

- 传达各类规范性文件,处理各类文档

- 协助处理部门与其他部门的沟通

- 传达各项文件,通知并协助终端店铺的实施及行政工作

- 协助店长,统计店铺的销售KPI及活动促销等情况

- 组织店铺的盘点计划,确保盘点的准确、真实

- 记录店铺内员工业绩等


工作要求:

- 大专以上学历

- 2年零售或相关行政岗位经验

- 形象较好

- 具备优秀的沟通,协调能力,亲和力强,能承受较大工作压力

- 富有团队协作精神- 原则性强,勇于坚持制度,对本质工作具有高度的责任感

- 性格沉稳,作风严谨

- 能熟练运用OFFICE软件
