市场主管/市场经理

岗位职责：
- 根据市场营销计划制定月度及季度区域市场推广方案，开展各种形式的市场推广活动，并维护现有推广渠道关系
- 负责兼职推广团队的组建及工作调配，包括人员招聘、培训及相应管理、考核

- 带领团队设置招生点进行招生推广工作，收集有效客户资源，支持各校区招生

- 分析竞争对手和目标市场的调查，进行日常调研和专项调研，收集竞争对手和相关行业以及产品的市场信息为公司决策提供依据

工作要求：

- 市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历，一年以上教育行业市场营销工作、产品推广管理经验
- 熟悉深圳教育相关市场状况，能够对市场数据进行有效分析

- 具备市场规划能力、敏锐的市场洞察能力，能有效地分析问题及解决问题，有优秀的资源整合和业务推进能力

- 性格外向、活泼，良好的人际沟通能力，具备一定的团队管理能力

- 熟练的英文听说读写能力
