职位描述

Responsibilities:

？ Provide routine server system check, for instance, system logs, error messages, hardware, middleware and subsystems

？ Perform routine server system management task, including user management, patch management, device management, security management and performance/capacity management

？ Follow IBM's change and problem management process, to implement change and resolve problems

？ Perform server backup for file server, database server, and application server. Responsible for technical support when there is backup problems

？ Provide Local assistance to coordinate with other IBM teams and 3rd-party vendors from customer

？ Provide regular system report upon customer's requirement

？ Perform system reports

Technical Skill requirement:

？ At least 2 years AIX usage & support experience; Have deep knowledge of AIX system management. Obtain the AIX certification is preferred

？ Knowing the software on the AIX platform, e.g. HACMP. Can perform configuration and troubleshooting

？ Grasp the basic knowledge of network term, e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN, etc

？ Familiar with IBM management software is better. E.g. ITM, TSM.

？ Knowing about IBM Storage product, like DS4700, DS5300, DS8100 is must.

Background requirement:

？ College degree and above

？ English reading and writing skills is required; can use English to do basic communication e.g. mail and talk.

？ Responsible and positive. Strictly follow the work process & procedure.

？ Can work under pressure
