Regional CRM Supervisor/区域CRM主管

工作职责：

- 制定、实施并监督区域内CRM活动

- 分渠道设定CRM方案的本地目标

- 根据CRM计划，合理分配资源

- 评估CRM项目的业绩

- 对区域内医务团队的工作进行培训、指导

- 对营养顾问进行产品知识和沟通技巧等方面的培养

- 对妈妈班组织进行CRM指导

- 对CRM方案中新项目进行CRM培训

- 管理、实施并评估CRM工具与市场总部协作的成效

- 了解客户的需求，与客户建立与维护良好的关系

工作要求:

- 大学本科毕业

- 6年以上医疗、医药或婴儿奶粉行业背景，其中3年以上团队管理经验

- 熟悉医院各科室

- 具备优秀的演讲技巧，善于人际沟通

- 具有良好的抗压能力，能够适应不断变化的组织结构

- 英语四级，良好的英文阅读、书写能力
