岗位描述/职责
1. 操作人员按对应图号、零件代号、对应加工机床、用户名称和更改日期等信息进行生产加工；
2. 做好交接班，生产数据记录统一集中管理；
3. 及时地对机床的加工进行监控及工艺过程常规问题诊断；
4. 负责加工检查、生产记录和归档等工作，
5. 确保产量和质量目标的实现；
6. 为新产品试制提供必要条件；
7. 现场5S维护。
8. 完成上级委派的其他工作


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Get right drawing number and verified production information to make parts;
2. Do well for shift exchange records and production data records and maintenance;
3. Make sure machine tool operation smoothly, onitor production processing and operation ；
4. Troubleshoot for simply issues during machining;
5. Be responsibility for process/ parts inspection, production records and make sure out-put and quality to get the target;
6. Support new parts trial run ；
7. 5S for surrounding of machine tools.
8. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.


工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业中专或以上学历；
2. 3年以上铣床加工经验；
3. 熟悉带HEIDENHAIN TNC 426/430 M 或 SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D加工设备经验及有技师证优先；
4. 能适应三班工作；
5. 熟悉TOS (道斯)数控铣床者优先考虑;
6. 熟悉机械制图、工艺、切削、刀具和铣床结构, 会使用测量工具；
7. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
8. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
9. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训。


Job Requirement
1. Vocational school graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Mechanics or related major
2. 3 years work experience in milling machine tool machining; familiar in using basis metrical tools;
3. Experience in operation of lathe with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D, HEIDENHAIN TNC 426/430 M systems will be necessary， High level operator license will be plus;
4. Shift work necessary
5. Experience in TOS milling machine is preferred;
6. Familiar/Proficient in drawing, machining process, cutting know how, cutter and milling machine structure; familiar in using basis metrical tools;
7. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
8. Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense.
9. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training.
