岗位描述/职责
1. 操作人员则只接受程序，对应程序号、图号、零件代号、对应加工机床、用户名称和更改日期等信息进行生产加工；有操作WEILER数控车床经验者优先考虑；
2. 做好交接班，生产数据记录，程序统一集中管理；
3. 根据对不同人员设定不同的权限，保证程序的安全性；
4. 工程技术人员负责远程编写程序并模拟加工检查，操作人员则只接受程序，维持持续生产，保证产品质量的；
5. 手工编辑简单程序，实现部分程序修改、经工程师确认后作轨迹模拟和比较；
6. 数控机床的远程通信控制，通过网络中心服务器在数控机床之间实现传输加工程序；
7. 及时地对数控机床的加工程序进行监控，数控加工工艺过程常规问题诊断；
8. 负责加工检查、生产记录和归档等工作，确保产量和质量目标的实现；
9. 为新产品试制提供必要条件；
10. 现场5S维护。
11. 完成上级委派的其他工作


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Get NC program from system or NC program controller，confirm NC program number，drawing number and production information to make parts; Experience in operating Weiler NC Machine is preferred;
2. Do well for shift exchange records and production data records and maintenance, control of NC programs;
3. Operator get the program verified by NC programmer;
to make sure production operation smoothly;
4. Keep NC program security according to authorized rights
5. Program simply program by manual, modify part of program under the direction of programmer;
6. Transfer NC program via system and service between equipment
7. Monitor production processing and operation of NC program, Troubleshoot for simply issues during machining;
8. Be responsibility for process/ parts inspection, production records and make sure out-put and quality to get the target;
9. Support new parts trial run ；
10. 5S for surrounding of machine tools.
11. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.


工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业职校或以上毕业；
2. 5年以上数控加工经验；
3. 熟悉加工中心设备，HEIDENHAIN TNC 426/430 M 或 SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D经验及有技师证优先；
4. 能适应三班工作；
5. 熟悉机械制图、工艺、切削、刀具、计算机模拟编程，会使用测量工具；
6. 熟悉机械基础和数控机床结构；
7. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
8. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
9. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训。


Job Requirement
1. Vocational school or above graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Mechanics or related major
2. 5 years work experience in NC machine machining will be plus;
3. Experience in operation of machining center with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D, HEIDENHAIN TNC 426/430 M systems will be necessary /plus; High level operator license will be plus;
4. Shift work necessary
5. Familiar/Proficient in drawing, machining process, cutting know how, cutter and programming; familiar in using basis metrical tools;
6. Familiar/Proficient in NC machine tool structure and mechanical know how.
7. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
8. Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense.
9. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.

ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world.
