Job Description

-Be responsible for auditing the purchasing application of every department according to their application based on the actual status;
-Be responsible for searching appropriate suppliers according to the purchasing application of each department;
-Be responsible for the purchasing of production material and signing the purchase contract according to the purchasing application of each department, cooperating with the production technicians,;
-Be responsible for supervising the warehousing and checking of the purchased goods according to the purchasing procedure;
-Be responsible for the application of purchasing charge according to the purchasing contract and the financial regulations of the company;
-Be responsible for supervising the management of the suppliers and filing the documents of the suppliers periodically.

Position Requirements :

-University graduate with major in Electro mechanization, Mechanics or related majors.
-3 years working experience in purchasing of mechanical products, familiar with machining,casting ,forging and welding parts etc.

- Familiar/Proficient in using ISO9001, experience in SAP will be plus.
-Proficiently applying ENGEL policies and relevant professional techniques after professional training.
-English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned.
-Willingness for temporary visits to overseas plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition.
-Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
-Good service for process inspection, strong innovation and work sense.
-Familiar/Proficient in using computer.
- Good summarizing for work and expression.
-Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
-Familiar in quality system and process analysis.

岗位职责

1、根据各部门的采购申请并结合实际情况，负责审核各部门的采购申请。
2、根据各部门的采购申请，负责搜寻合适的供应商。
3、根据各生产部门的采购申请，协同生产技术人员，负责生产原材料的采购，签订《采购合同》。
4、根据采购流程，负责督导采购物品的进仓和验收。
5、根据采购合同和公司的财务制度，负责申请采购费用。
6、负责督导供应商的管理，定期整理供应商资料。

岗位要求

1、机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业；
2、三年以上机械制造类产品采购经验； 熟悉机加工，焊接件，铸造及锻造件；
3、熟练应用ISO9001，具备 SAP应用经验更优；
4、经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术；
5、能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
6、能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
7、良好的合作和沟通能力；
8、具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
9、熟练应用办公软件，专业质量分析；

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
