岗位描述/职责
1. 常驻上海，融入恩格尔机械上海有限公司的团队。你负责中国区域恩格尔医疗行业的市场开发与销售管理
2. 挖掘医疗行业的潜在客户（有需要的话，与各区销售团队合作），与之建立联系并使其信服恩格尔产品优势（在恩格尔中国和恩格尔奥地利团队的支持下）
3. 同时你还负责（配合恩格尔全球市场部）中国医疗行业市场分析、项目管理，用于系统性的市场经营
4. 在恩格尔中国与恩格尔奥地利总部医疗业务单元之间建立持续的专业技能沟通，开发必要的市场及销售活动，协调市场需求

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Based in Shanghai and integrated into the team of ENGEL Machinery Shanghai, China you are responsible for the market development and sales management of ENGEL’s business unit Medical within the Chinese.
2. You identify potential new customers (if necessary and/or useful in cooperation with regional Sales) within the Medical industry, establish a relationship and convince them (together with support from ENGEL China and ENGEL Austria) about the advantages of ENGEL’s Medical solutions
3. You are co-responsible (besides the Global Marketing department) for market analysis and project management within the Chinese Medical market in order to enable a systematic market management.
4. You ensure a continuous Know-How transfer between ENGEL China and the business unit Medical headquarter in Austria and work out together the necessary marketing and sales measures as well as market requirements

Job Requirement:
1. You have gained several years of experience within the Chinese injection molding machine market and/or plastic packaging applications within China (e.g. in a leading Sales position of an machinery company or in a leading position within a plastics converter for packaging or brand-owner), are technically well trained and know what the Medical industry expects from injection molding system suppliers. Ideally, you will have gained experience in selling technical products abroad.
2. Your English is fluent, and so is your Chinese.
3. You can fulfill a leading management role in Sales, are a team player and motivated to together with your colleagues from ENGEL China and Austria make ENGEL the leading supplier for Medical applications within China, accept the need for travelling within China, while you are based in Shanghai
4. Attributes such as commitment, flexibility, good communication skills, diligence and a sound negotiating ability complete your profile.

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
