Responsibilities:

Eaton Corporation located in Shenzhen has an opening for Production Supervisor. The purpose of the position is to:
A.Assist manufacture manager in setting department goals and fulfillment.
B.Suggest achievable plan and monitor to execute.
C.Make production management system and keep it effectively; make production operating standards.
D.Continuous work improvement, optimize work efficiency and product quality.
E.Keep high group morale.
F.Plan, train and review the employee of manufacture department.
G.Assist manager in production field management.
F.Charge of the performance management within department.

Requirements:

A.Primary English communication ability
B.Good command of organization and management ability
C.Good command of coordinate and communication ability
D.Familiar with ISO quality management system
E.Production plan and control ability
F.Familiar with UPS production process
G.Bachelor or above
H.Specialize in Electrics/Management
I.Above 3 year working experience, B、C、D、E、I are necessary conditions.
