Responsibilities:

• Installation, Repair, and Calibration of a variety of Transmitters and Instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and Level) used in Process Manufacturing and Laboratory Areas.

• Installation, Repair, and Calibration of Control Valves, Actuators, and pneumatic or electric positioners.

• Maintenance, Repair, and Calibration of Electronic Scales, Process Feeder Systems and Metal Detectors.

• Maintenance and repair of electrical systems; motors, breakers, drives, etc.

• Troubleshoot and Test control loops, tune and calibrate controllers.

• Configuration and repair maintenance on DCS and PLC systems.

• Update required documentation for ISO/PSM and CMMS system as needed.

• Work with Vendors and Suppliers to specify and procure parts or replacements
