ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

? Review income tax reporting package prepared by each Chinese operations
? Assist US tax department with tax accounting and US tax reporting matters.
? Assist in dealing with the local tax authorities on the management of tax audits
? Assist in the China transfer pricing documentation and implementation of streamlined transfer pricing method
? Assist in overseeing regional tax issues, tax risks, tax planning
? Instrumental in development of tax strategy to include understanding the indirect tax issues and risks and developing a strategy to educate the business units and manage these tax costs
? Implement tax strategies that are responsive to new legislation or planning opportunities
? Provide ad-hoc consulting on China tax matters to local entities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or business related field with CPA license preferred.
? 3 to 5 years of tax related experience.
? Tax experience in public accounting firm are preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

? Fluent verbal and written Chinese and English skills

REQUIRED PERFORMANCE SKILLS AND TRAITS

? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast paced work environment
? Ability to work independently as well as with teams
? Strong organization and communication skill
