Qualification：

1. 有CRM销售管理实施经验（Leads/Opertunity/Proposal/Contract/PO,Plan/Forecast等），有BI/DW的实施经验。Experienced in implementation CRM Sales management, including Leads/Opertunity/Proposal/Contract/PO,Plan/Forecast, and experienced in BI/DW practice.

2. 工作年限7年以上，其中4年以上CRM 销售模块实施经验和3年以上BI/DW经验。7 above years’ experience, where 4 above years on CRM Sales Management implementation and 3 above years on BI/DW practice.

3. 良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动。Good communication skill and lead initiative.

工作内容Scope：

1. 跟客户沟通，收集需求。Discuss with end user and collect Requirement.

2. 需求分析和落地解决方案，包括如何组织分散的报表，形成一个分析路径，以便完成一个完整的业务故事。Analyze requirements and translate to IT solution. Propose best practice on sales reporting solution, including KPI definition and identifying analysis path which could tell a business story.

3. 写需求分析报告，方案书。Document requirement specification and solution specification.
