Responsibilities
Key Account planning
?Lead on assigned key accounts sales strategy and annual customer business target planning
?Lead on annual trade budget planning for assigned key accounts
?Responsible for planning on in-store promotions and merchandising activities for assigned key accounts
?Cascade sales target, budget planning and assigned key accounts trade activities to sales team and ensure clear & timely communication
Account management
?Ensure delivery of revenue and volume targets for assigned key accounts by working with HQ and regional KA team, incl. controlling AR and resolving payment disputes
?Track trade spending and business performance of key account customers and develop solutions accordingly, Monitors and manages expenses within the budget.
?Lead on trading terms negotiation, establishment and management with assigned key accounts. Develop sustainable relationship with assigned customers
?Track and ensure consistent high customer service level and order fulfillment at customers’ retail stores by interfacing with CS&L
?Analyses and interprets data and applies that information to develop business plans to promote business growth. Conduct regular business reviews with key customers and local sales team.
Delivery of agreed Business Key Performance Indicators(KPI’s)
?To achieve comp store sales growth ahead of category average
?To achieve market share growth inside the Customer
?To achieve trade investment in line with budget
?To achieve distribution(assortment)target in line with Channel objectives
?To achieve merchandising(shelf space, location)targets in line with Kraft strategy.
?To achieve promotional support in line with Kraft brand strategy.
?To achieve price position (RSP)in line with Kraft brand strategy.
?To achieve speed to market and visibility objectives for new product listings
?To achieve debtor days in line with Customer targets
Develop, Communicate and Execute the operational Demand plan
?To deliver the correct assortment of Kraft brands (sku’s) by customer
?To deliver the correct merchandising of Kraft brands ( sku’s) by customer
?To deliver effective promotion activities of Kraft brands
?To deliver effective new product introductions of Kraft brands
?To deliver maximum results from new store opening for Kraft brands
?To manage pricing effectively in the market in line with Kraft brand objective
Develop, Communicate and Execute the operational Supply plan
?Establish a set ordering days with minimum order quantity (customer order schedule)
?Ensure accurate pricing and pack configurations on invoice
?Ensure clear and immediate communication of stock issues
?Provide timely forecast for key promotional activities
?Work with Logistics to achieve Customer order fill target (Case Fill Rate)
Requirements:
?Colleague or university graduate
?Minimum 5 years work experience with 3 years in key account management
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Trained Management and leadership skills.
?Fair English
?Fully operational PC skills.
? Frequent travel required.
