Purpose of the Job
Through U&A study and ePR experience in East area, we found the online community and Weibo are two popular communication tool for our target mums. So we’d like to apply a full-time EPR executive to create, edit and maintain an up-to-date, user-centered, easy accessible weibo and online community in south area in order to recruit and engage prospects mums.
Business Complexity / Context
· Trading company with focus on infant powder
· Limited numbers of SKU’s
· Big potential market but focus on a specific targeted consumer.
· Using an unconventional Business Model
· WHO/local regulation that may restrict activity towards target audience
· The Web Portal, blog (including weibo) and online community are vital for getting close contact and interaction with the consumers.
Main Accountabilities
· Running the weibo and maintain online community topics in south by writing and editing in order to build information source of trusted news for mums.
· Align with Senior EPR executive and brand team in Shanghai to develop campaign-related weibo and online community topics in south.
· Implement KOL programme in south. For example, the recuritment of the KOL, the quarterly training and regular campaign communication with them.
· In cooperate with south regional team to promote off line activities through EPR channel.
· Monitoring the performance of the competitors’ weibo and online communities in south, provide action plan and report to line manager.
· Set up weibo and maintain online community topics about Friso in south.
· Interpreting consumer insights into "self-seeding" content on weibo and online community in south.
· Supporting the recruitment and engagement of mums by posting hot topics and attractive stories online.
· Promoting word of mouth by facilitating interactive talks among users and prospects.

· Marketing Director, as being the head of the department
· Senior ePR executive in SH to share compaign information and hot topics on the Web Portal, blog or on-line community.
· Regional sale team give regional promotion information for the ePR implement.
External Relationships
· Editor of online community to get information about the latest campaign news and hot topics.
· Web Design agency to ensure the aesthetics and functionality of the regional EPR is align with the official weibo and portal BBS.
Critical Competencies
· Bachelor degree in Communication / Journalism
· Experience in online editor.
· Experienced in translating audience insights into (self-seeding) topics.
· Interests in and knowledge of the target group and broader baby industry.
· Familiarity with current trends in web design and online environments
· Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese
· Can read and write English.
· A pro-active, independent attitude
· Passionate about the web and social networking.
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Organizational skills.
· Practical and hands-on
· Having a strong customer focus.
· Continually striving for improvement

· Launch south regional weibo within one month after on board.
· Achieve 200 weibo fans at the end of 2013.
