职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
?Support SAP system FI/CO issues & operation, audit SAP FI/CO process, to ensure FI/CO operation in TWS to meet the SAP best practice.
?Introduce SAP FI/CO best practice & new function to company operation, and keep SAP further improvement in FI/CO.
?Prepare document for training of FI/CO key-user and end-user, prepare document for exam of key-user and end-user after training, continually provide training to FI/CO key-user, and instruct FI/CO key-user to provide training to the end-user.
?Communicate with SAP key-user and their department head to understand business requirement, and recommend suitable SAP solution to fulfil the business needs.
?Check up SAP FI/CO master data, and instruct key-user & master data provider to improve FI/CO related master data quality.
?Update SAP blueprint document & system configuration document in time to ensure which document sync with SAP system.
?Prepare FI/CO ABAP development requirement analysis document & ABAP development technical specification. Perform test of new FI/CO development, and sign-off the test result after test. Instruct key-user to do further test in SAP QA server, and obtain key-user sign-off of SAP QA test.
?Implement SAP FI/CO of new organization project (business blueprint, gap analysis, system configuration, system enhancement development, operation reorganize, master data training, key-user training, simulation test, go-live support).
?Approve SAP FI/CO related system transport (development server to QA server, QA server to production server) after function test.
?Set up TWS SAP FI/CO user role standard base on the end-user's job requirement on a "need-to-use" and "need-to-know" principle.
?Assistant support SAP PP, SD & MM function module for troubleshooting.
Knowledge, Skills and Key Behaviors Required:
?Graduate; preferred degree holder
?Min. 5 years working experience at least 3 years in SAP FI/CO position
?Good communication skill
?Proficiency in English & Mandarin (and Cantonese a plus)
?Able to communicate with all level of employees
?Positive and good problem solving skill
?Good coaching skills
